Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g potatoes
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 50 g tomatoes, dried
- 50 g olives, green
- salt and pepper
- rosemary
- Thyme
- Parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Italian style
Peel the potatoes, slice or dice them, and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for about 5-8 minutes. Add the minced meat, onion, and garlic, along with the spices, thyme, and rosemary, and fry for about another 5 minutes. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and halve the olives, if desired. Add them to the pan and heat briefly. Finally, sprinkle everything with the chopped parsley.
