Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream, very good with L-sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 1 dash of cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crush the garlic. Pluck and finely chop the basil. Briefly mix all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. You can add more or less cream, depending on how soft you want the dip.
