Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 handful of leaf spinach
- 1 stalk of celery, leaves only
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 1 – 2 cm
- some peppermint, some leaves
- 250 ml water or fruit juice of your choice
- ½ tsp matcha powder
Instructions

Green smoothie with matcha tea
Squeeze the lime. Peel the banana and ginger. Briefly wash the spinach, peppermint, and celery leaves (you can also use frozen leaf spinach in portions if necessary; just let it thaw a bit). Now add all ingredients to the smoothie maker, top up with 200 to 250 ml of water or fruit juice to taste, and blend. This is the perfect breakfast smoothie. The matcha tea gives it a stimulating and invigorating effect.
