- 3 beefsteak tomatoes
- 100 g Parmesan
- n. B. Oregano, freshly chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. basil

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Halve the tomatoes crosswise and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Grate the Parmesan cheese directly onto the tomatoes using a fine grater. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Finally, drizzle a little olive oil over the tomatoes and bake for 15 minutes on the middle rack of the preheated oven. Garnish with fresh basil to serve.
