Zucchini baked with feta cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g zucchini
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 Pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 95 g sheep’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

MB-suitable

Halve the zucchini, then slice. Deseed the peppers, peel the onion, and slice both. Place everything in a small ovenproof dish, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the diced feta cheese. Place in the oven and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. My vegetable portion is 145g. If you need more or less, simply vary the amount of zucchini.
