Styrian lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 3 potatoes, waxy
  • 100 g bacon
  • 7 tbsp oil (pumpkin seed oil)
  • 7 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil and peel the potatoes. Dice them and keep them warm. Dice the bacon and garlic, fry them in a hot pan, and deglaze with the balsamic vinegar. Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce and place it in a bowl. Mix with the diced potatoes, bacon, and balsamic vinegar. Add the pumpkin seed oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and serve. Serve with pastries.
