- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 250g mozzarella
- 50 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Soak the bread roll and then squeeze out any excess moisture. Finely dice the onion, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomatoes. Place the minced meat and egg in a bowl and add all the ingredients. Season with mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper, and knead everything into a dough. Form the dough into meatballs and fry them in batches in hot oil.
