Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 baguette(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 125g mozzarella
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 2 slices of salami
- 1 handful of cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Herbs (8 herbs, frozen), alternatively fresh herbs of your choice
- Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely dice the mozzarella, ham, and salami. Peel and finely press the garlic cloves. Combine everything in a bowl with the sour cream, grated cheese, herbs, and spices and mix well. Cut the baguette in half, but don’t cut all the way through. Open it up and hollow out a little (you can use the hollowed-out portion for something else or eat it yourself). Spread the filling inside with a knife. Fold the baguette back together and wrap it in aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and carefully unwrap it (it’ll be hot!). Cut into pieces and serve. It’s also easy to make ahead.
