- 3 large onions
- n. B. Flour
- e.g. fat for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
a great vegetable side dish for onion fans
Peel the onions and slice them into rings. The thickness of the rings depends on your own discretion and taste. I alternate between thin and thick rings. Place the onion rings in a bowl and dust them generously with flour. Then toss the rings in the flour, ideally using salad servers. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 175°C and fry the onion rings for 5 minutes until they are nice and crispy.
