Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 250 g raw ham
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 handful of chives
- possibly milk
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- Chili powder, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Puree the onion and garlic in a blender until finely ground. Add the raw ham and puree until finely ground. Add a splash of milk if desired. Pour the cream into a bowl, mix with the cream cheese and chives, and season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like it spicy, you can also add a little chili powder. It tastes even better the next day. Refrigerate overnight and stir again the next day to allow the separated whey to reconstitute.
