Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 125 g Ajvar, hot or mild, from the jar
  • 500 g asparagus, green
  • 150 g tomatoes, small
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Asparagus flatbread with ajvar, green asparagus and goat’s cheese

Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the ajvar, oil, and garlic and spread it over the dough. Wash the asparagus, snap off the woody ends, and spread them on the dough. Slice the tomatoes and place them between the asparagus. Crumble the goat’s cheese and sprinkle over everything, then season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the second rack from the bottom for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
