Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of Skyr, approx. 450 ml
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

vegetarian, suitable for WW

Peel and puree the bananas. Mix with the skyr and add the vanilla sugar. Stir everything well and divide between dessert bowls. You can also slice fresh fruit, such as strawberries, into the mix. Not only will this be a hit with the kids, but it’s also suitable for WW.
