Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 apples
- 2 bananas
- 2 oranges
- ½ pineapple
- 1 clementine(s)
- 10 walnuts, in shell
- some lemon juice
- ½ cup maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Healthy because it contains no sugar
Peel the fruit, cut into equal-sized pieces, and toss with lemon juice. Season with maple syrup. Then remove the shells from the walnuts, chop them slightly, and heat them in a pan with maple syrup for about 1 minute. Add the maple syrup to the fruit and stir. Done! Of course, you can also use other types of fruit.
