  • 2 slice(s) salmon substitute, vegan (smoked salmon)
  • 1 burger bun or bagel
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese substitute
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 8 slices of cucumber
  • 5 slice(s) onion(s), red
  • some herbal salt
  • some dill
  • some cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toast the burger bun or bagel in a contact grill or toaster. First, spread the vegan cream cheese alternative on the bottom half of the burger bun or bagel. Sprinkle with herb salt and dill. Then arrange the cucumber slices, salmon slices, onions, and cress on top. Finally, spread the top half of the bun or bagel with horseradish and place it on top.
