- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 6 grapes
- 1 dash of cinnamon

Simply place the apples and banana in a blender, cut into large pieces. Then scoop out the kiwi and add it to the rest of the mixture along with the grapes. Blend briefly (a few seconds) until all the pieces are finely chopped. For a finishing touch, add a dash of cinnamon. Alternatively, chop all the ingredients and squeeze a little of the kiwi juice to use as a fruit salad dressing.
