Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g cashew nuts
- 60 g oat flakes, fine
- 60 g peanut butter or peanut puree
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, slightly defatted
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes
Vegan breakfast smoothie
Place the ingredients in a blender and fill with water (I use a 600 ml smoothie maker). Blend everything for about 60 seconds.
