Tomato salad is easy, quick and delicious

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese with herbs
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • n. B. Salt
  • ½ tsp herbs de Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into very fine strips. Place it in a bowl and season lightly with salt. Dice the tomatoes and feta cheese into equal pieces and add it to the onions. Mix with the remaining ingredients and let it sit for a while (but it’s not necessary).
