Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 400 g cream
  • 8 chocolate bars (Kinder Bueno)
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings
  • 3 tbsp baking cocoa plus more for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Crush the chocolate bars in a blender or with a knife and mix with the mascarpone and Nutella. Fold in the cream. Divide the cream in half and mix one half with the cocoa powder and chocolate shavings. Layer the dark and light cream alternately in dessert glasses, finishing with a light cream layer. Decorate with cocoa powder.
