Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g strawberries, ripe
- 3 tbsp vinegar (strawberry or raspberry vinegar, e.g. from Tonoli – as it is very fruity)
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the strawberries, drain, slice, and arrange them attractively on a large, flat plate or platter. Drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Note: To bring out the fruity, light, and slightly sweet flavor, it’s important to use strawberry or raspberry vinegar, not balsamic vinegar, and definitely avoid oil!
