Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 130 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 700 ml milk, if you like it thinner, take 100 ml more
- 50 g sultanas
- 50 g cranberries
- 50 g almonds, sliced
- 30 g brown sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick(s)
- 3 cloves
- 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
- some almonds for decoration
- 10 g butter for the pot
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Recipe for a 3.5 l slow cooker, 170 watts
Grease the ceramic pot. Add the ingredients one at a time, stir well, and set the heat to “low.” After 3 hours, stir again, remove the cinnamon stick and cloves, and serve the porridge on plates, garnishing with the almonds.
