- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions

Finely chop the garlic clove and press it lightly with the back of a knife. Halve the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. Place it on a plate, add the garlic and cream cheese, and mash everything lightly with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Return the cream to the avocado shells, garnish, and serve.
