Herb butter made from fresh herbs à la Didi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g butter
  • ½ bunch curly parsley
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 10 g basil
  • 10 g oregano
  • 12 g dill tips
  • 1 tsp, heaped sea salt (pyramid sea salt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

with pyramid sea salt without garlic

Heat the butter until creamy. Chop the herbs very finely, but don’t use a blender, as they will become bitter. Mix the chopped herbs thoroughly with the butter. Mix in half of the pyramid sea salt and sprinkle the other half over the mixture. Pyramid sea salt is so named because the individual salt grains are pyramid-shaped.
