Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes, boiled
  • 100 g light shepherd’s cheese
  • 200 g yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Salad herbs of your choice and taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely dice the onions, gherkins, feta cheese, and potatoes. Mix with the other ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. This amount is enough for two servings, assuming no other dishes are added (meat, bread, etc.). 300 kcal per serving.
