Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml plant milk (plant drink)
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp cocoa, dark
- 2 ½ tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter, chunky

Combine 125 ml of the plant-based milk with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan with the remaining plant-based milk and bring to a boil, stirring continuously with a whisk. Once the pudding has thickened, remove from the heat and divide between 2 bowls or glasses.
