Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, uncomplicated, but impressive souvenir at parties

Remove the cheese from the package and place it in a bowl. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes slightly and cut them into thin strips. Tip: If you can’t find canned sun-dried tomatoes in the supermarket, you can also use plain sun-dried tomatoes. I always pour a few tablespoons of boiling water over them and add a few teaspoons of olive oil. After about half an hour, the tomatoes will have the desired consistency. Depending on your preference, add the garlic clove, either crushed or mashed with a fork, to the cheese. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and you’re done. This dip is a real hit at any party or barbecue! Very easy to prepare, with an impressive flavor. Tastes great with bread, fresh vegetables, meat, etc.
