Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- 6 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- chili flakes
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the garlic. Crumble the feta cheese. Place in a blender with the cream cheese, cream, and garlic and puree. Season to taste with chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
