Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 50 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 organic lemon(s), zest
- 100 ml oil
- 150 ml mineral water
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix all ingredients for the batter. Pour the batter into muffin tins. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 28-30 minutes.
