With vanilla and cream cheese

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove the croissant dough from the roll and cut into pieces. Roll each piece up starting at the wide end and twisting the corners slightly inward to create the typical C shape. Place the croissants in a buttered baking dish, leaving some space between them. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat in the eggs and slowly add the milk. Arrange the blueberries around the croissants in the baking dish. Pour the cream cheese filling over everything, making sure the croissants are also coated. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
