Cauliflower made easy

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, high quality
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into florets and rinse thoroughly in a sieve. Steam in a pot with a steamer for about 10 minutes, until the florets still have a slight bite. Strain and place in a bowl with the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, and salt to taste, then mix well.
