Coffee Orange with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 750 ml coffee, boiled, freshly brewed, hot
  • 4 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 4 tsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the cocoa powder with the sugar and stir into the hot coffee. Divide the coffee among 4 cups. Add 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur to each cup, garnish with the cream, and serve sprinkled with chocolate shavings.
