- 145 g peanut butter
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tbsp Stevia or sugar or other sugar substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Low carb, quick to make, few ingredients
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then, using a teaspoon, form small balls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat). This amount makes about 14 cookies.
