Pizza with Black Forest ham, Brie and arugula

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • 400 g Brie(s)
  • 60 g arugula
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp oil, e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil
  • 1 pack of Black Forest ham, approx. 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Roll out the pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet and spread with the tomato sauce. Spread the thinly sliced ​​Brie on top, covering the tomato sauce as completely as possible. Trim any fat from the Black Forest ham, if desired, tear it into pieces, and spread it on the Brie. Spread the honey evenly over the Black Forest ham. Bake the pizza on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 220°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes. Top the baked pizza with the washed arugula.
