Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g ground almonds or other nuts
  • 20 g desiccated coconut or oat flakes
  • 30 g protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, stracciatella, etc.)
  • 10 g baking cocoa
  • 50 g low-fat curd cheese
  • some sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

cheap and super tasty

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly, preferably by hand. I always wear gloves for this. The dough will have a consistency similar to rum balls. Then simply form into small balls or bars and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. If you like, you can add chopped nuts, dried fruit, etc. to the dough. The recipe is truly versatile.
