Apple-cinnamon porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine
  • 100 ml water
  • 20 ml milk
  • 1 small apple
  • e.g. cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

simple, quick and without added sugar

First, dice the apple into small cubes and set aside. Bring the water and milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Then add the oats and simmer for about 1-2 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Then add half of the diced apples and stir. Finally, add cinnamon, if desired, and simmer for another minute. Remove from the heat and let stand for a few minutes. Serve with the other half of the apples and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
