Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g date(s), dried, pitted
  • 50 ml milk, warmed
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g almonds, ground
  • 3 eggs
  • 45 g baking cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

sweetened with dates – for 12 pieces

Add the pitted dates to the warmed milk. Add the bananas and blend thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a prepared 12-hole muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
