Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g oat flakes
- 70 ml apple juice
- 1 banana(s)
- ¼ package baking powder
- 6 dates
- 1 egg(s), as desired, vegan without
- 2 tbsp almonds, ground

without sugar and without fat
Mix the oats with the apple juice. Finely chop the banana and dates and mix with the oats. Add the egg, if desired. Vegans can simply omit the egg; this works perfectly, too, as the banana and dates give the batter enough stickiness. Finally, add the ground almonds and pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. I use the base as a base for my cream cheese cake or simply top it with fruit.
