Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 30 g fresh yeast or 1 1/2 sachets of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ liter of lukewarm water
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 apples
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Mix together the flour, yeast, sugar, and water. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Once the dough has risen well, add the salt and oil and knead with the dough hook until smooth. Then let it rise for another 30 minutes. While the dough is resting, wash the apples, quarter them, and slice them thinly. Knead the dough thoroughly by hand on a floured surface. Roll out the dough thinly and spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Arrange the prepared apples on top and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
