Alaska pollock with vegetables in cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g pollock fillet(s) (Alaska pollock fillet), frozen
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g Ajvar, mild
  • 1 m.-large pepper
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

high in protein, low in carb, healthy, light

Chop the vegetables and sauté. Then season the Alaska pollock fillet to taste and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Once the vegetables are sautéed, add the cream cheese and ajvar, and perhaps a splash of mineral water to create a smooth cream cheese sauce. You can, of course, swap out the vegetables as desired. Serve both together.
