- 1 pork fillet(s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- ½ large zucchini
- 1 large onion(s)
- some salt and pepper
- some sugar

Slice the pork tenderloin and fry the medallions in a pan until browned. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms and onions into medium-sized pieces and fry them in a second pan. Peel and dice the zucchini. Once the mushrooms and onions are translucent, add the zucchini. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar and cook for about 5 more minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Finally, add the vegetables to the meat and serve.
