Pizza Duo
The perfect pizza duo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g 1 Backfertiger Pizzateig
- 200 g / Included in the pizza dough pack! 1 Glas Tomatensauce
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 arc Parchment paper
- 100 g Salami
- 100 g Mushrooms (can)
- 4 Discs Leerdamer cheese
- Basil tips for garnish
- Open the pizza dough package, cut the dough in half, roll out on a floured board, place both parts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover with the accompanying tomato sauce. Cover one part with mushroom slices and the second part with salami slices. First cut the Leerdamer cheese slices into strips and then into cubes. Spread the cheese cubes over both pizzas and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Divide the pizzas with a pizza cutter, distribute on plates and garnish with a basil tip, serve.
