Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ bunch chives
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the mayonnaise and mustard well in a bowl. Chop the cooled, hard-boiled eggs and chives and add them. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
