Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g wheat flour or wholemeal flour
- 2 eggs
- 20 g wheat bran
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 10 g chia seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20 g oat flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
low carb, for 6 pieces
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Pour batter into 6 muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
