Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dashes agave syrup
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions

Mix the quark with the cream cheese. Season to taste with garlic, salt, pepper, chili, agave syrup, and oil. Finely chop the radishes and chives and stir in. Taste the dip again and adjust the seasoning if desired. If you like, you can add other herbs, such as parsley. It’s delicious on bread, as a dip for vegetables, or with pan-fried meat.
