Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 bags of basmati rice
- 3 bell peppers, yellow and orange
- 1 pack of shepherd’s cheese
- 5 tbsp curry sauce
- 1 pack of salad herbs
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of chives
- spring onion(s)
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Finely chop the bell peppers, chives, and spring onions and place them in a bowl. Mix the salad herbs with the water and oil. Drizzle with the curry sauce to taste. Stir in the cooked rice and season with salt and pepper. Crumble in the feta cheese and let it sit. Stir again before serving.
