Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s), cut into julienne
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic, pressed
  • 5 chili peppers, cut into rings
  • 1 bunch dill, chopped
  • 50 ml oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan until boiling. Do the toothpick test. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl, pour over the hot oil, mix, and let cool. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour, but preferably overnight.
