Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g carrot(s)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 500 g beef, cooked
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp chives, in rolls
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped fresh
- 8 tbsp sour cream
- 5 tbsp beef broth
- Pepper, white
- Salad, for garnishing
Instructions

Delicacies
Peel and slice the carrots. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the carrot slices for 3 minutes. Then let it cool. Cut the beef into thin strips. Clean the mushrooms, wipe them with a damp cloth, and slice them. Heat the remaining butter and briefly sauté the mushrooms in it. Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with a sauce made from herbs, sour cream, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Let it sit in a cool place overnight. Serve the salad with fresh bread or fried potatoes.
