Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large pears
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 200 g grapes, blue
- 2 cl pear brandy
- 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel, halve, and core the pears. Cut the fruit halves crosswise into thin slices. Place in a glass bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Wash, halve, and core the grapes, and mix with the pears. Drizzle the fruit with pear brandy. Cover and let it infuse in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle the pear and grape salad with pistachios.
