- 250 g leaf spinach, frozen or fresh
- 150 g peas, frozen or fresh
- 5 g ginger root
- 100 g celery
- 100 g romaine lettuce
- 150 g cucumber(s)
- 200 g banana(s), not too ripe
- 400 ml water

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until no large chunks are visible or noticeable. The specified amount yields approximately 1,500 ml. Tips: A power blender is recommended for smooth blending. This allows you to easily chop frozen ingredients. As an athlete, I add 5 tablespoons of protein powder for the perfect fitness shake. It’s also ideal for children who don’t like vegetables. You can add oranges or apples to round out the flavor.
