Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 190 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Olive oil, margarine or butter for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

without egg

Now we start with the fun part: mash the bananas. Then mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar. You can also omit the sugar, as the bananas are already sweet. Now mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth mixture and no lumps remain. I mixed the batter with a fork, and it worked really well. Melt a little olive oil, margarine, or butter in a pan and fry the batter into pancakes. Cook the pancakes until thoroughly cooked, but be careful, as they brown quickly. The bananas make them a bit mushy on the inside. I got 12 pancakes out of the batter, and it was easily enough for two people for breakfast.
