  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 300 g feta cheese

  • n. B. Thyme
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, then mix them into the minced meat and season as desired. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a baking dish with a little oil, arrange the pumpkin on it, and season the pumpkin flesh with salt, pepper, and thyme to taste. Spread the minced meat evenly over the pumpkin. Place the baking dish in the hot oven and cook for about 20 minutes, until the pumpkin flesh is tender. Then remove the dish and spread the feta evenly over the minced meat. Cook everything in the oven using the top heat for another 10 minutes, until the feta is lightly browned. This goes perfectly with some salad, rice, baked potatoes, or pasta.
